I only want you to bind my thesis – I will post my printed thesis to you

We charge 7p per black-and-white page and 30p per colour page.

Please note that even a single dot of colour on a page, or a graphic that is saved in a colour format, means we have to print that page in colour. Files are checked for number of colour pages and if this is entered incorrectly this may result in a delay in the production of your thesis.

Now choose how many copies you would like.

Each hard binding costs £24.50 for standard processing (£30.00 for next-day or £22.50 for our five-day service), plus £ per CD pocket, plus £ per plastic pocket, plus £ per handmade pocket.

Each cloth soft binding costs £17.00 for standard processing (£17.00 for next-day or £15.00 for our five-day service).

Each PVC soft binding costs £12.00 for standard processing (£14.00 for next-day or £8.00 for our five-day service). This option is only available for black or dark blue covers.

Orders must be received before midday for next-working-day delivery.

Step 3: Your university / college

Your university/college will have rules around how your thesis needs to look.

We’ve provided details for as many institutions as we can below. You can customise these if you need to. If you don’t see your institution listed, just choose the “Other” option and you’ll be able to choose the right options yourself.

A few universities ask that your thesis be printed double-sided, though most ask for it to be single-side printed.

Step 4: Text on the cover

Step 5: Text on the spine

If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from you, then we can refuse to process your order and/or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

10. Delivery charges

Delivery charges vary according to the type of goods ordered.

11. Delivery

11.1 Our delivery charges are set out in the Quick Calculator page in our website.

11.2 You will be required to pay extra for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations.

We cannot accept any liability for any loss or damage to the goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions (unless this is caused by our negligence). We will aim to deliver the goods by the date quoted for delivery but delivery times are not guaranteed and therefore time is not of the essence. In any event, we will aim to deliver your goods within 30 days from the day after the day we received your order. If delivery is delayed beyond this time, we will contact you and either agree a mutually acceptable alternative date, or offer you a full refund.

11.4 We will endeavour to deliver your order as soon as possible however any indication of delivery date is an estimate only and shall not be binding on us.

11.5 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

12. Risk and ownership

15.2 We are only responsible for losses that are a natural, foreseeable consequence of our breach of these terms and conditions. We do not accept liability if we are prevented or delayed from complying with our obligations set out in these terms and conditions by anything you (or anyone acting with your express or implied authority) does or fails to do, or is due to events which are beyond our reasonable control.
