Electronic pdf files (orders for printing e.g. thesis of dissertation) are retained online until the order is fulfilled. Thereafter a back up copy is retained for one month and then deleted unless we are otherwise notified.

7.1 We only keep your personal data for as long as We need to in order to use it as described above in section 6, and/or for as long as We have your permission to keep it.

7.2 Your data will only be stored in the UK.
